A bunch of us just recently had a delightful (bridal-shower) lunch at Chef Hans, it was my first time there and I am looking forward to going there again soon. On the other hand I read Heather McPherson's write-up in Sunday's Sentinel and could not believe how she misspelled the name throughout her article! I did write her an e-mail about it - how ignorant of her. Good luck Chef Hans, keep up the good service.

This restaurant is wonderful. From the quiet dining room to the wonderfully efficient wait staff to the unbelievable delicious food. A real jewel! Now that we have found Chef Han's we will be back often. We had the best meal and a terrific experience.

Your soups were fantastic, your service more memorable than that at other restaurants. I would highly recommend your eclectic menu to my friends in Central Florida.

This is by far the best breakfast in Central Florida. The food was wonderful and the service excellent.
